Halloween Fun...

Keirsten & her friend, Baylee, have been taking Ballet/Tap dance classes this fall. They are sooo stinkin' cute!!

'09 Football Season is coming to a close for the Blanco Panthers 8th Grade boys. They had a terrific season finishing with a 7-1 record. Kyle is #9.

This summer is turning out to be one for the record books in Texas.

Yesterday in the shade at my home it was 105 degrees!!

After the shock wore off I realized that this is what we love about Texas weather.

Father's Day project

I could not post this till after Father's day... I did not want to ruin the surprise for my Dad :)

This year I made dear Dad a 6x6 accordian album with pictures of his kids and grandkids.

This album is from CTMH and is with the Emporium Paper Pack by CTMH!

Busy, Busy, Busy

The spring has kept my family very busy & I'm finally taking the time to update my blog. With school out and baseball coming to a close we are finding summer time much welcomed.

Off to work on a few swaps I have due. I'll post once they are complete!

Yep, she is already using acronyms to talk ~ guess she is preparing for her first text message.

Round Top Retreat

My friend & I spent the past weekend at a fabulous retreat at Anderson's Round Top Inn B&B.

We arrived Friday and started scrapping right after lunch.  We scrapped until Sunday afternoon.  I managed complete 41 pages. Yes, completed ~ journaled and in a page protector!  

Can't wait till next year or maybe I will try to sneak away in the Fall to it again...

Lovin' from the Oven

Finally I completed my cupcake swap from Paper Craft Planet ~ Swappin' Scraps group.

The challenge was to create anything but it had to have a cupcake theme.  These are the two I created.
